LOL. Most people only know the Futurist view for Eschatology. I studied Preterist n spiritualist. They both identify the symbolic n relevance of the last days to the Jews. The mount of olives was a prophecy of judgement toward Israel. The c...oming of the Lord is in you. When we reckon ourself dead we end an old world n enter in a new world order where God is the king. 666 is the # of man in 3 dimensions or the anti Christ (against God) trying to enter into God's rest in his own ability. The mark of that beast in their hand speaking of their actions n head speaking of their thoughts.
Too much to type. Essentially, the futurist doctrine of a tangible ending of the world causes people to wait to escape instead of access the relationship and power they have now, today through a divine relationship that was created thru Jesus' eternal sacrifice.
